Cara and I met Dave, Aubrey, Geoff and Glenn at the annual Motorcycle industry swag-fest, which was as conspicuously low on swag as this year’s Auto industry event but nevertheless entertaining. We saw a lot of great custom bikes, some sweet vintage ones, the latest and greatest from Kawasaki, Honda, Ducati, Suzuki and a wide selection of fringed leather chaps in everything from traditional black to metallic pink. Walked through the Seattle Motorcycle Show last night with John. We saw some pretty sweet bikes – street, dirt, and otherwise – and tried a few on for size. We also bought a street vendor hotdog for a couple of booth girls (which got us a thank you and a hug, but no phone numbers) and talked about a lot of bikes with a lot of people that are really into bikes. There wasn’t a ton of even light so I had to shoot a really high ISO with my pocket camera and they’re a bit grainy, but the content is cool even if the shots aren’t. :)
