So full! Aunt Carol outdid herself, two turkeys and such a great feast! Great to see all the family today, too, it’s been way too long.

Leaving west seattle with my second-to-last load of tools & nissan parts. It is, of course, raining. I will be so glad when this move is over

Lying in bed, sleeping in until seven (!) cause it’s my day off. Using the phone cause DSL isn’t on yet. Plan for today is more moving, more unpacking & maybe - if i feel like i have the money - putting something more in the fridge than the beer, sprite & leftover takeout that’s in there now.

Helped Eric start putting his truck back together yesterday - we got the heads cleaned up & back on the motor. We got started late cause we met Colin & Walper downtown to take some pics for a Nissan calendar. I managed to get a flat tire in a Lake Union parking lot, keeping Eric & I busy driving around in search of tire stores, but the guys from Van are cool & stuck around long enough to get a few pics of us once my car was moving again.

My bad car day was nothing compared to Steph’s, as her lovely turbo beetle convertible is all torn up thanx to some drunk punk in his parents’ car. She is thankfully ok, but Chloe the beetle is not going to be smiling her usual smile for a little bit. =(

Rain has cleared & the city looks beautiful tonite as i pass it headed north, home. Maybe i will appreciate it more from a slight distance…
